You send us the address and the report
Forward the building and pest report, or just describe what was found. You do not need to know what is wrong with it.

We inspect and tell you what it actually is
We attend, look at it properly, and come back quickly, usually within a day or two, with a plain answer: cosmetic, movement that has stopped, or movement that has not. If it will take longer than that, we tell you when we attend.

Your client gets a written scope and a price
Not a range and not a verbal. A written scope your vendor can weigh against the offer in front of them, and take to their solicitor.

We book the work around your settlement date
The date drives the programme. If the work cannot be finished before settlement, we say so at the quote, not two weeks out.
