What we collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the suburb of the property, the type of work you are enquiring about, and your message. We do not require an account. We also automatically collect limited technical and usage information through our website host and Google Analytics, as described below.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to quote and carry out the work. Your enquiry reaches us as an email. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

Who else handles it

We use service providers to operate the website, deliver enquiries and understand website use:

• Vercel, who host this website. As with any web host, their servers keep standard technical logs, which include the IP addresses of visitors.
• Resend, who deliver the enquiry email to us.
• Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the website. Google receives technical and usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser details, and referral data.

Some of these providers may process personal or technical information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Tracking and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to measure website use. Google Analytics may set or read cookies and similar identifiers. We do not use this information to identify you directly, and we do not currently run advertising pixels on this website.

Seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@apexdevco.com.au or call 0405 390 128. If you are unhappy with how we have handled something, tell us first and we will try to put it right. You can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
